BINDZ B.O.T Model
In our B.O.T model, we incorporate a separate legal entity for each client. We set up all core and support functions — including HR, finance, business operations, and delivery functions such as tax, audit, accounting, and technology.
Unlike typical B.O.T setups where functions like vendor management, HR, finance, PMO, and marketing are shared across multiple clients, we do not follow a shared services model. Instead, we fully operationalize the company using standardized processes, systems, and tools to drive efficiency.
At the time of transfer, the entire standalone company — complete with all established functions and delivery capabilities — is handed over to the client as a fully functional, efficient business unit.

Sirish is the Founder and CEO of BINDZ under SAPRO. He also launched SAPRO India in 2021 and brings 20+ years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. A seasoned risk management expert, Sirish has set up offshore centers for global firms, including ANZ Bank in the Philippines and Credit Suisse’s Risk Management unit in India.
