Without prejudice to the foregoing, the aggregate liability of BINDZ to you for any and all Losses (including those arising from third party claims) arising from or in connection with or relating to any contract (including these Terms), tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise shall not exceed INR 1,000.

14. TERMINATION

BINDZ Consulting Private Limited operates as a distinct and legally independent entity under applicable Indian laws and regulations.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and any dispute arising out of, or in connection with these Terms or related to this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Bengaluru, India to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your Use of this Site.
